The underground parking at 89 Chestnut Residence has Public Parking for both daily and monthly rates available. The parking garage is attended 24 hours a day and is security patrolled on a regular basis.

Avoid the heat of summer and the snow covered winters by using this well maintained and friendly facility with elevator access to all levels.

Directions: the parking garage entrance is located at the north west corner of the building on the east side of Chestnut Street.

Monthly Parking: Monthly parking includes the convenience of “in and out” privileges for easy access at your convenience; a great advantage if you want to come and go on a variable schedule. As of August 1st, 2010, rates range from $208.00 for general parking, to $273.00 for your own Reserved space. Please download the indicated Application form and forward by fax to Vlado Alajica at 416 585 3196. You will receive a prompt call back to arrange your pass and method of payment.

Daily Parking Rates (effective August 1st, 2010):
Early Bird: arrive before 9am and depart before 7pm $12.00
Hourly Parking: $3.50 per half hour to a daytime maximum of $19.00 up to 7pm
Overnight parking: $23.00 for a full 24 hour period
Evening Parking: arrive after 6pm and depart before 2am for a set fee of $7.50
Special Event Parking: as posted at the entrance for special events through the year.

Corporate Parking: please call Vlado Alajica at 416 581 8191 to discuss group rates paid by a business account.

Residence Guest Parking: short term summer residents can have their parking charges placed on their accommodation accounts. Please advise the front desk upon check in.

Height Restriction: There is a height restriction for vehicles using the underground parking garage. A maximum height of 6 feet is in place.
